Rotten framing was replaced with pressure treated lumber.
T-111 Paneling along the bottom edge was first oil primed then spliced in with Z channel.
This allowed for all of the paneling to be saved above the damage.
Ceilings
Plaster ceiling with copper heating pipes that cracked out. I scraped, spackled and primed it ( Benjamin Moore Fresh Start Acrylic Primer). Benjamin Moore Ultra Flat ceiling paint provides a smooth uniform finish.
