The area along the base of this shed had dry rot.
Rotten framing was replaced with pressure treated lumber. T-111 Paneling along the bottom edge was first oil primed then spliced in with Z channel. This allowed for most of the paneling to be saved above the damage.
Garages
Many new homes come with the garage not finished.
Bedrooms
Change of Color or refresh the old one.
This room had the walls painted but not the trim. Frog tape for delicate surfaces allows a clean line between the walls and baseboard.
Ceilings
This ceiling was made of plaster and had copper heating pipes installed within to heat the floor of the second floor above. I carefully scratched out the loose plaster and patched the cracks with drywall spackle till smooth. I then primed it with Fresh Start Acrylic Primer. I applied two coats of Benjamin Moore Ultra Flat ceiling paint to achieve a smooth uniform finish.
